There is no contradiction in the fact that VVIP  racism in India is at its worst. The recent AIR India issue of continuous flight delays for the so called “VVIP’s” is one such example which proves height of irrelevant VVIP racism in our country. Recently alleged that an Air India flight was delayed and four passengers, including a serving IAF officer and his family were deboarded in Leh airport to accommodate Union minister of state for home affairs Kiren Rijiju and deputy chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir(J&K) . The episode came to light a couple of days after an another Air India flight to New York was delayed by as Maharashtra Chief Minister’s  principal secretary forgot to carry the legitimate passport and visa.  Simultaneously several cases of VVIP racism in India were highlighted by the mainstream media one such is Telangana chief minister  Chandrasekhar Rao’s Rs. 5-crore bulletproof  bus drew sharp criticism from different corners. There is a idiom which is quite apt for the newly elected  Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal “There is a visible difference between precept and practice. The electricity bill of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s residence was about Rs 91,000 for months two months, according to an RTI reply. While campaigning for Delhi Vidhan-sabha elections , Mr. Kejriwal had said that he is an ordinary  man and  want to lead an ordinary life in future too , it appears that they are not so ‘common’. One must unite to end VVIP racism in our country which is at its worst and effecting common man day to day life.
